your single-trusted resource for preparing reverse mortgage properties for closing.

Your client, an older homeowner, hopes to maintain their independence by making their current home their long-term residence.

However, with limited savings, they’re unable to cover the cost of the new roof and heating system required for an FHA reverse mortgage. We’re the team here to help make that possible.

What Homeowners Say —

- Bob Mikelskas, Vice President
Atlantic Home Equity, Maryland

We've had numerous reverse mortgage loans that would not have closed without the timely services of National Repair Solutions.

We had one 91-year-old single woman living in deplorable conditions. Her house should have been condemned. NRS came in and completely re-built a new house on the property. This truly was a lifesaver – she’s living in her new home and our reverse mortgage is scheduled to close next week.

What Lenders Say —

NRS works nationwide in all 50 states, with all qualified lenders throughout the U.S.
